Ray Saputelli, MBA, CAE
A seasoned association management professional and Certified Association Executive (CAE), Ray has worked in all areas of the profession and has placed particular emphasis on healthcare associations and professional societies. He brings experience in developing efficient governance solutions, building effective association programs, harnessing and leveraging volunteer resources, generating non-dues revenue, crafting and implementing strong organizational strategic plans, growing and retaining membership, and raising the profile of the industries and groups with whom he works. Ray is actively engaged with every client of Lutine Management Associates.
Theresa is a communications, education and marketing professional with over 25 years experience in healthcare and related areas. She holds a BA in communications, an MS in Instructional Media, and a PhD in Adult Education. Theresa has also demonstrated her commitment and expertise in association management by attaining both the Certified Meeting Professional and Certified Association Executive credentials. With her unique blend of creative thinking and business strategy, she not only guides, but is an active contributor to the marketing, communications and professional education efforts of the organizations we serve.
Sandra Selzer, MSHQ
Sandi Selzer is a healthcare executive with over 18 years of experience, focusing on the theory and practice of quality improvement and performance measurement. Sandi’s experience spans national, regional and local healthcare quality initiatives, including standard-setting at the American Board of Internal Medicine, community-based healthcare at the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, and health information management at BluePrint Healthcare IT. Sandi’s experience includes successful strategic relations and communication; program and product management; data analytics; and performance measurement. Sandi is Master’s trained in population health, performance measurement, and the science of quality improvement from Thomas Jefferson’s School of Population Health, and has a B.A. in information technology from Rutgers University. Sandi is a mission-driven executive with a passion to bring America’s healthcare system into the 21st century, where data, technology and evidence is fully leveraged to address healthcare’s most pressing issues—quality, safety, and cost.
Joe Casey, CAE
Joe Casey has over 22 years of experience with diverse associations, including his most recent position with the PA Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, (PAAAP) where he led a staff of 30 and instituted operational and governance changes for a 2,200 member volunteer-led professional society. Prior to joining PAAAP, Casey served as an executive for diverse clients, including professional societies and trade associations in three Association Management Companies. He began his association management career with a stand-alone association that advocated for children’s health and pediatric healthcare professionals. Among accomplishments, Casey established key functions, procedures and staffing for several non-profits; negotiated complex contracts, securing favorable terms and protecting intellectual property; and strengthened operations to grow membership and improve the financial position of several non-profit associations.
A graduate of Syracuse University holding a Bachelor's degree in Advertising Design, Candida has worked extensively in advertising and publishing, and also has extensive experience in association management with an emphasis on membership and member services; as well as conference management with an emphasis on exhibitor and vendor relationships.
With accounting experience in a variety of industries over the last two decades Robbin heads up our finance and accounting department. She brings not only an eye for detail and an ear for hearing a client's needs, but also a staunch commitment to providing the most accurate and transparent financial reporting.
